The Clinton-Baker Pinetum at
my old University's
Bayfordbury Campus
near Hertford, at their annual event raising money for the
upkeep
of this magical place.
- A welcome return to Datchworth Primary School.
- Performing with students at Queen Anne's School, Caversham.
- Leading my
St. Albans Djembe Group performing on the Main Stage at
The Alban Street Festival
to a very merry crowd packing the streets! :-)
- Providing
dun dun support for a highest-energy
team building day for a cloud computing company at a top London hotel with
New York Jazz Workshop

- A high energy performance for a Charity Ball in Stevenage raising money for
The Gambia Project.
- Our third annual day of fun workshops for people with learning disabilities at
Macintyre School in Wingrave
near Leighton Buzzard.
- Teaching two afternoon
drumming workshops at
The Courtyard Centre in Biggleswade.
- Another trip back in time to Beltane Summer Festival at
Celtic Harmony Camp near Hertford,
drumming away the Winter Queen to welcome in the May Queen and hopefully some
nice warm weather! :-)
- Another day of workshops at Cranborne Primary School in Potters Bar.
- A Drop-Down Day with Year 8 at Hazeley Academy in Milton Keynes.
- A very high energy session at
Breakspeare School, Abbots Langley.
- A fun session of
drumming with Brownies near Watford.

children's party in Watford to celebrate

- A family festival for the
National Spinal Injuries Centre at Aylesbury's Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
- A fun day teaching the children at Boddington
C of E School in Northamptonshire.

Rothwell Junior School.

- Performing with adopted youths we'd been in training with in Bedford.

North Bedfordshire Middle Schools.
- After delivering exciting workshops in 2012, I was happy to be invited back to
Gilwell24, an epic 24-hour event
for 5000 scouts!
- An amazing
school carousel day of drumming,
dance, song and African mask-making, ending with a masked procession round
the playground and field!
- A church youth group Christmas party in Bedford.
- Performing music for voices,
wind wands, singing bowls, gong, drums and percussion for a massive
art project called
We Are Now about
charming
the Wind with storytelling and dance and hundreds of people processing in
costume and launching a house-sized kite atop Dunstable Downs in a gale =
EPIC!
- Annual return to YMCA As One Festival, followed by a Northampton
church social event in the evening.
- Giving a talk and drumming workshop at the
Doctors' Support Network
Conference and
AGM.
- Performing for
charity firewalks to raise money
for Keech Hospice Care.
- Paralympics farewell party
for West African athletes,
including a super-high energy jam with members of the Tunisian entourage
playing and singing their beloved Gnawa rhythms into the night!
- DrumFit at London Colney Recreation Centre near St. Albans.
- Red Cross team building workshop for refugees from Eritrea+Uganda
at Cheshunt Youth Hostel
